Importing 3D files into Photoshop CS4
If you import any 3D object into Photoshop, it will automatically create a new document for each and every 3D object. Occasionally that is not what you want.
Here’s an example of how you import a 3D object into the same document. Let’s say you have this wooden table image open and you want to add a 3D object (.obj) with this image.
First you go to:
3D / New Layer from 3D File… /
:: Contents ::Photoshop CS4 Tutorial 3D3D Import & Export
More Photoshop CS4 3D Tutorials» |
The 3D object is now inside with the image, all you have to do now is modify the 3D object.
